Overview[]
Apothecaries are automatically equipped with a Narthecium and Narthecium charges. If no other melee weapon, such as a chainsword, is currently equipped and active, the Narthecium will be the default melee weapon used during melee attacks. It has the least damage of any melee weapon in the game, but each successful attack that deals armour or health damage to an enemy will apply and increase the poison status effect on that enemy.
